At Newxeun, we believe in making your shopping experience simple, transparent, and fair—whether you’re ordering from the U.S. or from Tanzania. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, costs, and how we handle issues like delays or damages.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Mainland and major cities in Tanzania where shipping carriers like DHL, UPS, or FedEx operate

Please Note: We do not ship to:

  • U.S. overseas territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • PO Boxes (due to limitations from carriers)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We require a full street address with postal code for all deliveries. If your location falls outside our coverage, your order may be canceled and refunded.

2. Shipping Costs

We use a transparent flat-rate shipping model — no hidden fees, no unexpected charges at checkout.

    • Free shipping on orders over $89 (before tax, if applicable)

  • 🇹🇿 Tanzania

    • $10.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders

    • Free shipping not currently available

Shipping cost will be shown clearly on your checkout page, based on your destination. You’ll never be charged additional fees after checkout.

3. Taxes & Import Duties

To make your shopping experience stress-free, we’ve taken care of all the extra charges.

  • No Sales Tax

  • No Shipping Tax

  • No Import Duties

We absorb all these costs internally, so the price you see is the price you pay. This includes customs processing and import handling — even for international shipments like those to Tanzania. Your delivery will not be held up at customs for unpaid duties or fees.

4. Processing Time

We process all orders in-house at our U.S. workspace. That means we’re hands-on with every order, from printing to packing.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (EST)

  • Excludes weekends and U.S. public holidays

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders after that time will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated transit times start after processing is complete.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders:

  • Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Includes real-time tracking

🇹🇿 Tanzania Orders:

  • Delivery Time: 9–13 business days

  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing or rural delivery zones

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, customs clearance, or public holidays in either country may cause delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will email you:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link so you can follow your order in real time

It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation email. You can also contact us at any time if your tracking shows unexpected issues or stops updating.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

a. Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Email us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected]

  2. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of:

    • The item and the damage

    • The original packaging (box, shipping label)

We will verify and respond within 2 business days, offering a replacement or a refund depending on your preference and stock availability.

b. Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit:

  • For U.S. orders: Contact us if the order has not arrived after 14 business days

  • For Tanzania: Contact us if there is no delivery after 16 business days and tracking has not updated for more than 7 days

We’ll:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Investigate and confirm package status

  • Offer to reship or refund your order depending on the result

8. Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • If your order has not been processed: We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped (i.e., tracking issued): You will need to wait for delivery and request a return instead.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to increase the chances of successful cancellation.
